What's up guys? Mickey Conroy hear back for another episode of Call It With Conroy, where I call all the action in ring! Thanks again for listening, and I'm back once again at Southern Country Wrestling! If you like what you're hearing, be sure to subscribe so you don't miss any Call It With Conroy podcasts!

Alright, we're back again in Prattville, but this time we're in a Wal-Mart parking lot. There's a lot of signs saying that HAW Legend, Tarik, will be here tonight in the main event. For those of you who don't know who Tarik is, I had to actually look him up, he was this giant Egyptian wrestler who basically jobbed every HAW match seven years ago. But some fans actually look interested and try to start a “We Want Tarik” chant before the show.

The action finally gets under way, and it's a one on one singles match. Nasty Harley of the Black and Blue Bruisers took on Mecha-Mason of the Bro Bots. Wade Henson and Techno John were in each of their partner's respective corners. This was actually a solid match, and this time, Nasty Harley tried to heel it up while Mecha-Mason played the underdog face. The crowd was into it, and Mecha-Mason won with...a crossface. So I think both members of the Bro Bots use the crossface as their finisher? Finishing move aside, I enjoyed the start of the show.

Coming out next was Farmer Howard, who got on the mic and called out Tristan Parker. He cut a very passionate promo against him, here's a clip!

Farmer Howard: Tristan..you have your X's, your O'x, and my corn. But for the fine folks who don't know it here today....Last night, Tristan Parker stole my cow!

Crowd: BOOOOO!

Mickey Conroy: Give him his cow back!

Farmer Howard: He stole it right from under my nose. So Tristan...I challenge you...and the winner of this match...will get my cow!

I'm not sure why Farmer Howard isn't getting the cops involved in this, but that's pro wrestling. Now this match was basically an exact copy of their match from the last show, but it looks like they tried to iron out the spots that didn't flow too well. It honestly seemed better and Tristan showed improvement, but not sure why they didn't try to change anything up just a little bit. In the end, the evil football player won the match, and poor Farmer Howard is without his corn and cows now.

Next up, Burt Steel came in the ring, and said he had a special surprise for all the fans who came to Wal Mart to see SCW. Everyone thought it would be Tarik, but Burt Steel said the surprise would be...leprechauns. And out came three little people, dressed in green shirts and shorts. I thought the fans would turn on him with this swerve but they actually seemed to like it. The three leprechauns ran around the ring interacting with the fans, but the fun stopped when out came the very heavy Lionel the Lard.

I don't know if this was ever a real match but Lionel the Lard basically man handled the leprechauns, then sat on each of them. A ref counted to three each time, so I think this makes Lionel 3-0? I'll say this, Burt Steel knows how to get his wrestlers hated, as Lionel was booed heavily as he went to the back.

Coming out next was Demon Lord, Lenin May vs Father Time. Demon Lord definitely has an “it” factor and should be the biggest star in this company, and I can see why they're pushing him. Father Time looks to be about 60 years old, but honestly, his ring psychology was on point. Demon Lord carried most of the physical aspects of the match as Father Time couldn't quite keep up, but I'd still rank this as my match of the night. Demon Lord naturally pinned Father Time, and I'm excited to see what his future holds.

We then had a rematch, as Ruby took on Penny Downs, but this time, a woman named Delilah was in Ruby's corner. A helpful fan confirmed to me that both Ruby and Delilah had alternative career paths as strippers, but I walked away from him after he started giving a bit too much information. I felt bad for Penny Downs this match, as she once again tried to wrestle against a non wrestler. The crowd turned on the match completely, until Delilah attacked Penny when the ref's back was turned. Ruby took advantage of this and pinned Penny, and after the match, both women attacked Penny and stripped her to her underwear. The males of the crowd cheered, and I believe some elderly women went to the Wal Mart manager to complain. Probably worse than the leprechaun match, but Burt Steel's smile seemed to say otherwise.

Clyde Steel made his way down with the SCW championship and thanked the crowd for all their support. He said tonight, he would defend the championship against an HAW legend, “Tyree.” Burt was seen yelling into the ring that it was “Tarik” and Clyde quickly corrected himself. He offered for Tarik to come down to the ring, but instead of Tarik, New York Ned walked to the entrance way. Here's the great story telling these two put on display.

New York Ned: Expecting someone, Clyde?! Ha Ha Ha! Guess what? Tarik won't be here! I paid him to stay home with all my Wall Street millions, so I get his spot tonight against you for the Southern Country Wrestling title!

Clyde: You mother f-... I mean, Dad I can't say that tonight, right? Yeah. You scoundrel, New York Ned! I knew you weren't up to no good! These people wanted to see me and Tyree and you stopped that from happening today! Later on, it's time for you to feel the steel!

So the main event will be New York Ned and Clyde Steel, again. I got some comments from last week about how people were pissed I spoiled the ending, so I'll just wait to tell you how that goes.

A tag match followed that turn of events, as a new team debuted, The Jockey and The Thoroughbred, consisting of “The Jockey” Diego Salazar and “The Thoroughbred” Enrique Mendoza. Diego was a smaller cruiser weight wrestler, and Mendoza looked to be the muscle. They took on Connor Andrews and Cool Spencer, who benefited from the outdoor environment of the parking lot by not having an aroma. Dude was still high though.

The Jockey and the Thouroughbred seemed to work well together, and probably have experience teaming else where because they were right on all their cues. Cool Spencer on the other hand missed breaking up a pin because he was staring at the parking lot lights, seemingly fascinated by the moths circling around. The ref had to say that Connor Andrews got his shoulder up, despite Connor doing his great job of selling and looking like he was dead. Not surprisingly, the matched ended with The Thoroughbred Mendoza powerbombing Andrews and pinning him.

It was main event time, and Clyde Steel took on New York Ned again. This time, Ned actually looked in control at times, using every heel tactic available. Near the end though, Clyde Steel basically powered up, hit a power slam, and retained his title.

Burt Steel thanked the fans for coming and walked away, and that was the show. That was the point people realized Tarik would not be there, and began to boo. I actually thought it was possible he would be there since that's the biggest name SCW could attract, but wow, not even Tarik would wrestle on one of their shows.

Very disappointing show in the end, but I'll be back to their next show to review it. I hope everyone enjoyed to another episode of Call It With Conroy, and remember to subscribe! Thanks again for listening!
