The HAW Theme played and the crowd cheered as the camera's panned up to the announcer's table.
Edward Findleton: Happy New Year and welcome back to HAW! We are in Dublin, Ireland, and the HAW European tour is underway! I'm Edward Findleton, being joined by THE Casey Gains!
THE Casey Gains: I know America is the land of opportunity, but I really think the word opportunity is key on this tour. This is a new year and new wrestlers on every show will be getting a chance to make a name for themselves. New fans, getting a chance to see everyone perform. This is a huge opportunity for everyone involved over here, and I'm excited to see it play out!
Edward Findleton: Travis Samuels vs The United States, Smiling Sally vs Rachel, and of course, The O'Tooles vs The Biofuel Engineers. But we're gonna start off first with.....the European Tour Host!
The camera panned to the stage, and the HAW Theme faded out. The crowd was still cheering, but as the music of Crash MuscleGate hit, the crowd got even louder. Crash MuscleGate came out on the stage, and held up his HAW World Championship to a loud roar.
Crash: Hello Dublin! This crowd sounds ready for some Hazardous...Awesome....Wrestling! I hear your cheers, and as your host, I want to start off with a brief introduction. Ahem! ….Ladies and Gentlemen, I am proud to introduce to you........your HAW World Champion, Me, Crash MuscleGate!
The crowd cheered again, and Crash held up his title higher, soaking it in.
Crash: I admit, I smuggled this in my briefcase, I bribed a security guard with tickets, I lied to my boss, but I had to! This is HAW! This is the World Title! I won this title exactly one year ago, and I cherish it. This is what every single wrestler that will be competing on this tour wants, and I can tell you this, none of them are going to take it from me!
THE Casey Gains: Easy for Crash to say, Freezerman made a point no titles will be defended!
Crash: I hope that as I walk around the concourse, roam backstage, sit in the booths, run around ringside, sleep under the ring, hit the button that plays our theme music, and ring the bell, people see me with this title and think: “Wow...one day, once Crash retires as permanent champion, that can be mine!” And with that....I think it's time for our first match. Give it up for country recording artist....Travis Samuels!
As Travis Samuels came out, he met Crash on the stage, shook his hand, and took his microphone as he walked to ring.
Travis Samuels: Evenin' folks! It feels great to be here in Dublin tonight! You guys are rockin! You know, a lot of my friends said I've gone soft since I started making music. But I disagree. I'm still a country boy at heart, and to be honest, I see that in all of you here tonight! We're all hardworkers, we're all trying to make our way in this world, and none of us ever give up! I'm not dedicating a song to all of you, I'm dedicating this match to all of you!
The music of the United States played, and he came out to the ring, draped in an American flag. As he got in the ring, he forcefully grabbed the microphone from Travis.
The United States: Travis Samuels! Wow! Live and in person! Can you believe it?! Travis Samuels everyone! You wrote such hit song as....uhhh.....the one about...the farm, right? Oh! And probably a song about a girl in jeans! And let's not forget about the beautiful, emotional subject of beer!
Travis looked annoyed and tried to take the microphone back, but The United States pulled it away and took a few steps back.
The United States: I'm just joking buddy, relax! I mean, let's face it, in America, our girls are so much better looking than over here, it makes sense to write about them in their jeans! AND....And......You can actually enjoy American beer! I mean seriously, Guinness?! How can any of you stomach that?
The crowd was booing The United States massively, and without warning, Travis Samuels attacked him, drawing an ovation. Referee Tom Hunter rang the bell, and the match was on!
Travis Samuels had the early momentum thanks to his attack, and was able to show off an offense built around brawling. While The United States was recovering, he crawled to the corner and grabbed his American Flag. Travis went to attack him, but The United States held the flag out in front of him, almost as a shield. Travis Samuels relented on his attack, not wanting to disrespect the country, and that break was what The United States needed, quickly catching Travis off guard with a shot to the ribs. Travis Samuels wasn't able to recover, and The United States hit him with a Double Knee Arm Breaker, then on the pinfall, put his feet on the ropes for leverage to help secure the victory.
The camera faded in to show Glenny Pax and Jack Trailor sitting on the edge of a hotel room bed.
Glenny: Hello HAW Fans! It's me, Glenny Pax, joined by my pal Jack Trailor, and we're debuting a new segment, called “Sightseeing with Glenny and Jack!” We're going all around Europe in Jack's tractor trailer, seeing everything the land has to offer, isn't that right Jack?
Jack: Yep.
Glenny: We saw some great sights already! We visited the Cliffs of Moher, took some time to view Trinity College....Jack what have you enjoyed the most?
Jack: Driving on the other side of the road is fun.
Glenny: The culture change! And just today, we stopped at Blarney Castle and kissed the Blarney Stone! Jack do you have those pictures we took?
Jack: Ummm....in my suitcase. Hold on. I'll be back.
Jack Trailor stood up, and Glenny chuckled.
Glenny: I need to say, I had quite the laugh watching Jack try to kiss it, I mean he looked like-
Glenny Pax was cut off, as the sound of a knock on a door was heard. Glenny turned towards the door as the camera panned over. The handle jiggled, as if someone was trying to get in. Glenny started to slowly walk over towards the door, as the jiggling seemed to get more violent and louder. Glenny was about to put his hand on the door handle when Jack yelled.
Jack: Found them!
Glenny stopped, turn and quickly sat back down on the edge of the bed next to Jack, and the camera refocused on them. The shaking seemed to instantly stop, and Jack showed off some vacation pictures, while Glenny looked distant.
Glenny: ...Thank you...Jack....it was a good time. We'll uhhh...we'll be back next week. More Sightseeing with Glenny and Jack. Have a good night.
Jack: Bye bye.
Jessie Parran's music hit to a loud cheer, and she made her way down to ringside and grabbed a microphone.
Jessie: It's great to hear a crowd again, and I want to get all of you ready for a debuting wrestler I've helped train the past year. She's.....unorthodox. She's not your average woman. Some may even say she's....a doll. Without further ado, give it up for...Smiling Sally!
Smiling Sally's music played, and she made her way down the ramp making strange, jerky motions.
The Casey Gains: I'm not surprised Jessie Parran and The Strange Crew found her...this is...extraordinarily unsettling Edward.
Edward Findleton: HAW Women's division has not seen anything like this Casey, I can assure you of that.
As Smiling Sally got ready in the ring, Rachel's music played, and she made her way down, accompanied by her manager Orville Morgan.
The match began with a long stared own between Smiling Sally and Rachel, before Rachel tried to go on the offense. Rachel struck Sally a few times, but it seemed to have no effect on her. Rachel bounced off the rope and attempted a crossbody, but Smiling Sally caught her and slammed her on the ground. Smiling Sally seemed to toy with Rachel for a few minutes, until Rachel hit a desperation DDT that stunned Smiling Sally. Orville Morgan got on the ropes at that point, distracting referee Brenda Moses, unfortunately at the same time Rachel hit Smiling Sally with her Pump Handle Suplex. Rachel went for the cover, but Brenda kept arguing with Orville Morgan causing her to miss the pinfall attempt.
Rachel tried to get Brenda's attention, and as she walked over, Smiling Sally slowly sat up, and rose to her feet. Rachel finally turned around, and walked right into the arms of Smiling Sally, who hit her with a Tornado Bomb. Sally covered Rachel, and picked up the win. Jessie Parran raised Smiling Sally's arms, and the duo went to the back, while Orville Morgan went into the ring to check on Rachel. As she stood up, Orville apologized to her, but Rachel seemed unmoved by his words. She quickly grabbed his collar and tossed him outside the ring. Orville tried to scramble up the ramp, but she caught up to him, before grabbing him and delivering the Pump Handle Suplex onto the stage. Rachel wiped the sweat from her forehead, and left her manager behind unconscious as paramedics rushed to Orville's side.
Edward Findleton: Casey, it's about time for our main event, but first, we need to announce next show's card!
THE Casey Gains: That's right! We'll in London, England, and we will see The Strange Crew take on two guys that go by Night Prince and Ninja aka, Club Corruption!
Edward Findleton: A strange women's
tag match of unlikely pairings, Kitty Kayleen and Athena vs Lela
LaCruse and Mary Jane Elder!
The Casey Gains: We will also see El Espectro take on Strawberry Bates Hill!
Edward Findleton: And the main event, England's own Mayor Briggs goes one on one with Scarred Badger! That's going to be a great main event, but this crowd is ready for tonights!
The Biofuel Engineers music played first, and the crowd showed displeasure with them. Sydney Mason and Dalton Elkins looked annoyed, taunting the crowd on their way down. As the music died down, the crowd started to stand on their feet, getting ready, and exploded when the first notes of The O'Toole Brothers hit.
Edward Findleton: Listen to that ovation! The hometown heroes are back!
Sean and Fergus O'Toole came out and the crowd got even louder.
THE Casey Gains: Every country in the world wasn't ready to forgive the O'Tooles for how they retired the Musical Lifeguard Chairs...every country but one! Ireland's own O'Toole Brothers are here, and there's not a person sitting down or keeping quiet!
The match began with current HAW Tag Champion Fergus O'Toole squaring off against Dalton Elkins. Dalton was able to quiet the down with headlocks, and make quick tags with Sydney Mason, slowly wearing Fergus down. The tired Fergus eventually got a lucky break on a intercommunicated double team maneuver the Biofuel Engineers tried, resulting in Dalton and Sydney colliding. Fergus was able to tag in Sean, making his return to the ring, and the crowd went crazy.
Sean went to town on both Dalton and Sydney, and Fergus was eventually recovered and back on his feet. Fergus gave a superkick to Sydney, while Sean gave a superkick to Dalton. The Biofuel Engineers were out on their feet, stumbled around the ring, and ended up trading spots, now in front of a different O'Toole brother. Sean and Fergus nodded at each other and delivered a second superkick, and the Biofuel Engineers fell to the ground. Sean O'Toole got on top of Dalton Elkins and successfully pinned him.
Edward Findleton: What a match! The Hometown Heroes are successful tonight, as the O'Toole Brothers pin the Biofuel Engineers! They look like they're ready to celebrate all across town tonight, so be sure to tune in on our next leg, where we will be in London, England! Good night everybody!
