Dark Matches: Sekino The Stunt Pilot defeated local talen Harriet York, Strawberry Bates Hill defeated local talent Tyler Ford
Edward Findleton: Welcome to HAW! We are in Hartford, Connecticut and we are one week away from One Way Trip!
THE Casey Gains: And a huge main event, as Crash MuscleGate and Oden Schreiner will take on Sean O’Toole…and Douglas Brunswick!
Edward Findleton: But first, we have all four teams in the ring for the HAW Women’s Tag Team Championship standing by with Gregory Greystone!
Gregory Greystone: Hello ladies and gentlemen! Just a few weeks ago, all these women were in the ring, and a great discussion was had. Summer Fun, Solo Girls, Strange Crew, Exotic Delights, I’d like to welcome you all back to continue our discussion. Question 1, with so many competitors, what do-
Before Gregory could say anything, Lela LaCruse and Phueng Ahunai jumped the Solo Girls, Crystal Cyclone and Rachel. Gregory ran away, while the Strange Crew and Summer Fun backed up watching the two competitors fight. Lela Irish whipped Rachel to the ropes, and went for a flying clothes line. Rachel ducked, and Lela collided with Smiling Sally, who briefly stumbled, then turned her gaze right at Lela.
Jessie Parran tried to stop Sally, but Sally grabbed Lela and tossed into the turnbuckle and started stomping on her. Rachel jumped Jessie, and eventually the six fighting teams stumbled outside the ring. Daisy Fields and Maple Blossom both nodded to each other, and simultaneously ran towards the ropes, jumped, and hit all the women outside with double planchas. Daisy and Maple stood up and pumped up the crowd.
THE Casey Gains: One move won’t decide the match next week at One Way Trip, it’s going to be a series of them, but all these women are ready to become the first ever Women’s tag champs!
Edward Findleton: While we clear the action outside the ring, get ready for action inside the ring as we have Peter “Carnage” Horn facing Sensei Onaga next!
The Samurais of Power’s music played, and the three men came down to the ring, encouraging Sensei Onaga. Peter “Carnage” Horn came out next, accompanied by Alfred Karneus.
Sensei Onaga put up a valiant effort, but Peter “Carnage” Horn hit the Side Sitout Powerslam in 4:46.
As the final bell rang, Horn picked up Sensei Onaga, and delivered a second Side Sitout Powerslam. This prompted Trickshot and Ozzie Reagan to run into the ring, and started attacking Horn. They backed him into a corner, but he managed to push Trickshot away, then hit Ozzie Reagan with a headbutt. Trickshot ran at Horn again but ran straight into a clothesline. Horn then delivered a Side Sitout Powerslam to both Trickshot and Ozzie Reagan, as Alfred Karneus took a mic and walked into the ring.
Alfred Karneus: And just like that……Chapter four in the Book of Carnage…is complete.
Karneus tossed the mic onto Sensei Onaga, and left the two men left the ring.
Edward Findleton: And Peter “Carnage” Horn has successfully defeated ALL of the Samurais of Power.
THE Casey Gains: Not the start these guys wanted in HAW, but definitely the start that Peter Horn wanted!
Backstage, Jack Trailor was walking around, and found Ruslan Panov.
Jack Trailor: Ruslan, have you seen Glenny Pax?
Ruslan Panov: Sorry Jack, I haven’t.
Jack nodded and continued looking around, before finding Kherti Bhakta.
Jack Trailor: Kherti, have you seen Glenny these past few months? Or even know anything about those masked men last week?
Kherti: No…but I’ll keep an eye out!
Jack sighed and walked to catering, where a lot of the roster was eating.
Jack Trailor: Does anyone know anything about the masked men?!
The room was silent, and Jack walked away in frustration down a hall. As he got further out of view, a door he had passed opened up, and a golden masked head peeked out at him.
Back at ringside, Pastor James promo music played, and he walked down to the ring.
Pastor James: Brothers…sisters….children of God. Last week was a glorious week, as we reigned victorious over our foes! I couldn’t have done it without the help of a dear friend of mine, Kenneth Cobb. And I know he couldn’t have done it without me. Mr. Cobb…I want you to join me in the ring. To talk man to man.
Kenneth Cobb’s music played, and he walked out with the National championship.
Kenneth Cobb: James…..I’m going to admit. You helped me last week. I’m still not entirely sure if…if you’re being honest. I don’t know if this is the real you now…but I know the old James Calhoun would have never done that.
Pastor James: Life..it is full of challenges. It’s not easy. You need someone by your side. I’m not saying you need me. I’m saying…you need him.
James pointed up to the sky and smiled.
Pastor James: And I know how you can connect with him. That National title…it’s a burden. It’s changed you, and made you a violent person. But you can let that pain go, you can let that all go and take comfort in the embrace of the Lord…by relinquishing the title…to me.
Edward Findleton: And there we go! That was the plan!
The crowd booed, and Cobb looked around, unsure of himself.
Pastor James: Go ahead! It will set you free! Change your life! Relinquish the title!
Cobb took the National title off his shoulder and stared at it. Pastor James held out his hands, and Cobb placed it in the hands of James. The booing crowd grew louder, and Pastor James smiled.
Pastor James: I’m so happy for you Kenneth! You have changed your life, and crowned me the new-
James was cut off as Cobb kicked Pastor James in the gut. Cobb then got behind him and locked in the sleeper hold, until Pastor James was out of it. Cobb picked the title off the ground and held it high in the air, before putting it back on his shoulder and exiting the ring.
THE Casey Gains: And he didn’t fall for it! It looks like Pastor James will have to earn that title the old fashioned way next week, and defeat The Insomniac!
Jack Trailor was walking backstage, when he suddenly stopped. He took a few steps backwards towards some boxes, then quickly pushed them away. One of the golden masked men was there, and Trailor grabbed him, and tossed him into the wall. Jack Trailor then pinned him to the ground by his neck.
Jack Trailor: Who are you?! What are you doing?!
?????: I’m…a visitor. We visitors are here. We are watching you.
Jack Trailor: Why!?
Visitor: To scout you….for our leader. You will be in a match with him next week!
Jack Trailor: Who’s your leader?! Take me to your leader!
The lights backstage then went out, and when they came back on, the Visitor was gone. Jack looked around upset, before walking off.
Edward Findleton: So there we have it, next week it’s Jack Trailor vs a leader! But up now, it’s our main event tag match.
THE Casey Gains: Wait, you’re just casually brushing this to the side that strange masked men are attacking Jack Trailor and have a leader that-
Edward Findleton: And here comes the MuscleGang!
Oden and Crash came down to the ring alone. Moments later, Sean O’Toole came down, then Douglas Brunswick.
Edward Findleton: Sean O’Toole, the non O’Toole tag champion, and Douglas Brunswick, the former World Champion representing their allies who each have title matches with the MuscleGang! Should make for an interesting match!
All four men showed they were capable in the match, delivering a great match. Oden was starting to size Sean O’Toole up for a chokeslam, when Franco Mancini and Fergus O’Toole ran down to the ring. Referee Tom Hunter tried to get them away, and ended up being helped as Frederic St. Pierre and Lovable Liam rushed down to fight the Trans Atlantic Family members. With the distractions, Mayor Briggs came from the crowd and slid into the ring with a chair. He smashed Oden across the back then slid out. Sean tagged in Douglas, who hit Oden with a Lifting Reverse DDT, and pinned him at 12:19.
As Crash tried to tend to Oden, Mayor Briggs jumped him from behind. Briggs hit a half and half suplex on Crash, then covered him, as Douglas Brunswick made a quick 3 count. Douglas ran out of the ring and grabbed the HAW World Title and gave it to Mayor Briggs, who held it up in the air victoriously.
Edward Findleton: Folks, I’m getting official word that is not a recognized title change. Our match is still on, and Crash is still champion.
THE Casey Gains: But once again, Mayor Briggs with the mind games. It looks like he plans on wearing that title into their match at One Way Trip.
Edward Findleton: Well this could be the real thing next week, Casey. Thank you once again for joining us, and we’ll see you next week at One Way Trip! Good night!
