Dark Matches: Mimic defeated local talent Arakaki the Black Belt, Fun Fight Machine defeated local talent Chaotic Crow.

The HAW Theme played to start the show.

Edward Findleton: Welcome to HAW Summit of Success! We are in Salt Lake City, Utah and we have an action packed show tonight with six matches! The Women and Men’s tag titles are on the line, as The Strange Crew defend against Exotic Delights, and Club Corruption challenge Jack Trailor and Salt Lake City’s own, Local Legend Danny Miller!

THE Casey Gains: Speaking of tag teams, we also have two partners going at it, Sentinel vs Phoenix! And in other singles action, Pastor James defends the National Championship against The Rookie, Kyle Higgins, and The Behemoth looks to win his first World Championship by defeating Glenny Pax!

Douglas Brunswick’s music hit, and he came out, flanked by Mayor Briggs, The United States, and El Espectro.

Edward Findleton: But we have a great singles match to start off, Douglas Brunswick vs Crash MuscleGate!

Crash MuscleGate’s music played next, and he made his way down to the ring alone.

THE Casey Gains: Crash is alone, and there’s a reason why. Oden, Liam, and Frederic have NOT been cleared by HAW doctors to return to the show, after the attack by Brunswick’s allies last week.

As Crash got in the ring, Briggs, Espectro, and The United States exited, each taking a different side of the ring. Crash eyed them all up, before staring down Brunswick. Referee Dennis Thompson explained the rules to the competitors, then rang the bell to start the match.

The match began with Brunswick trying to let Crash make the first move, then trying to counter it. However, Crash was able to hit a surprise blow to the midsection, and as Douglas bent over, Crash delivered an elbow to the spine. MuscleGate picked Douglas up and hit a backbreaker, then grabbed Douglas and locked him in an abominable stretch. Brunswick began to power out, so Crash pushed Brunswick towards the ropes. Douglas ran back to Crash, and Crash jumped in the air for the Dropkick, but Brunswick stopped his momentum at the last moment, avoiding any connection.

Edward Findleton: That could have been it right there!

As Crash tried to get up, Douglas stomped the ankle of Crash, then gave a knee drop to it. Crash hobbled to hit feed using the ropes for leverage, and Brunswick clotheslined Crash outside the ring, where he landed next to El Espectro. At that point, The United States and Mayor Briggs jumped on the apron, and Dennis Thompson went over to get them off. El Espectro started to pick Crash up, but Brunswick rolled out of the ring and stopped him.

Brunswick: I don’t need help!

El Espectro nodded and backed away, and Douglas Brunswick continued to attack Crash’s leg. He slammed the injured foot into the steps, then finally got Crash into the ring, going for a cover but Crash kicking out.

THE Casey Gains: Douglas Brunswick has a clear strategy! Focus on the leg, and that should negate the dropkick!

Brunswick picked Crash up, but Crash quickly countered, jumped up, and hit Brunswick with Dropkick.

Edward Findleton: You just jinxed him!

Crash was in a lot of pain, holding his foot. Seconds kept ticking by, and Douglas started to stir. Slowly, both men started to get up, Crash getting up first but hardly putting weight on his foot. Brunswick seemed dazed standing up, and turned towards Crash. Crash tried to jump for a Dropkick, but only got a few inches off the ground before falling, clutching the leg again. Brunswick quickly came to capitalize, and stomped the foot again. When Douglas went for another kick, Crash grabbed it with his hands, then tripped Douglas. Crash tried to elbow Brunswick’s back some more, but after a few shows Brunswick rolled out of the ring to recover.

Douglas now was visibly frustrated, and looked focused. After getting his breath back, he climbed to the ring and quickly grabbed Crash, getting him in position for the Lifting Reverse DDT. Douglas began to lift Crash up, but Crash countered, flipping over Brunswick and landing behind him. Crash jumped onto Brunswick’s back, knocking him down. In a quick motion, Crash grabbed the arms of Douglas Brunswick, locking in Physical Tear-apy, a camel clutch, right in the middle of the ring.

Edward Findleton: Brunswick is all alone! Will he tap?!

THE Casey Gains: He needs to use any strength he can to attack that foot!

Brunswick screamed in agony, then had one arm break free. He lifted the arm to try to attack Crash’s leg, but Crash grabbed it, and re-applied the hold. Brunswick screamed again, then started tapping.

Edward Findleton: I don’t believe it!

THE Casey Gains: Douglas Brunswick tapped out!

Crash released the hold and fell back, clutching his foot again.

Briggs, Espectro, and The United States all entered the ring, as Dennis Thompson got between them and Crash. Briggs sighed and got the others to turn their attention towards Brunswick to help him up, as Crash hobbled out of the ring, his hand up in the air.

As Brunswick started to recover, a look of dismay was on his face. The United States tried to lift up Douglas, but Brunswick pushed him away. Frustrated, he exited the ring, as Briggs and the others followed after him, keeping their distance.

Edward Findleton: Crash MuscleGate has gotten the better of Douglas Brunswick twice now. I wonder if this will put this feud to rest?

THE Casey Gains: I’m not sure, but we’ve got a Women’s Tag Team Championship match coming up, and speaking of long time feuding people, The Strange Crew and Biofuel Engineers are going to be at ringside for this!

Edward Findleton: That’s right! It turns out the anonymous tip against the Biofuel Engineers was found to have no merit, and both men were deemed innocent!

THE Casey Gains: Absolutely shocking.

The Exotic Delights, Lela LaCruse and Phueng Ahunai came out first, accompanied by Dalton Elkins and Sydney Mason, the Biofuel Engineers. The champs were out next, as Jessie Parran and Smiling Sally came out with Drizzles the Clown and Hawaii, the Strange Crew.

Referee Brenda Moses got the women into their corners, as Sally began the match with Lela. The bell rang to begin the match, but immediately Drizzles and Hawaii ran towards Dalton and Sydney, and started attacking them. The Strange Crew pushed the Biofuel Engineers into the ring, and all four men were brawling. An irate Brenda Moses started to get between them all to get order, then pointed to all four men and then to the back, indicating they were banned from ringside. At that, Drizzles and Hawaii high fived and gave a thumbs up towards Sally and Jessie, while Dalton and Sydney screamed in protest.

Edward Findleton: And the Biofuel Engineers have been nullified two weeks in a row!

THE Casey Gains: Everything Phueng and Lela had planned is now out the window, it’s a straight two on two!

With the ring cleared, Lela now turned her attention to Smiling Sally. Lela charged with a shoulder block, but Sally did not seem affected. Lela then started to punch Smiling Sally in the face, shot after shot after shot. After about 15 seconds of punches, Lela started to slow down, tiring out, while Sally still stood on her feet, the only thing messed up was her hair.  Smiling Sally then brought her arm back, and delivered a massive uppercut to Lela LaCruse, knocking her right to the ground.

Phueng Ahunai rushed in to aid, but Sally grabbed Pheung and hit a Tornado Bomb on her. Lela scrambled to her feet, but Sally grabbed her and hit a second Tornado Bomb. Smiling Sally covered Lela, and Brenda Moses counted to three for a successful title defense.

Edward Findleton: Good God!  Does anything bother her?!

THE Casey Gains: There’s a lot of scary wrestlers in the women’s division of HAW, but Edward, I think Smiling Sally might be the scariest.

Edward Findleton:  There may only be one more chance to defeat her this year, and that’s at next month’s final show, End of the Trail.

THE Casey Gains: I’m not sure what’s planned, but I know a lot of titles will be defended at that show, and I’m willing to bet we’ll see the National Championship defended as well.

Edward Findleton: That’s our next match, but the question is, who will be holding the belt going into End of the Trail?

The Rookie Kyle Higgins came out first, holding the HAW National Championship and posing with it for pictures with the crowd.

THE Casey Gains: Could we have phrased that better? Just because you HOLD the title…doesn’t mean you’re the champion.

Pastor James came out next, much more serious, and never taking his eyes off the title.

Tom Hunter called for the bell to ring, and both men sprinted at each other, hitting a simultaneous clothesline. Higgins was up first, and threw James into the turnbuckle, before climbing on top and delivering ten punches. James was dazed, and Higgins was able to connect with a few atomic drops and body slams. Higgins went for a pin, but Pastor James kicked out at 2.

Higgins didn’t let up, picking Pastor James up. In one fast motion, the rookie hit James with a piledriver, and went for the pin. James kicked out at the very last second, but remained down on the mat.

Edward Findleton: James looks out of it!

Higgins got to the corner and looked to size James up, waiting for him get to his feet, but James stayed perfectly still on the ground, only breathing. After a few moments, Tom Hunter rushed over to check on Pastor James, and after a few moments, motioned to the stage. A doctor came running down to the ring, and began examining Pastor James.

THE Casey Gains: We don’t see piledrivers too often Edward but…that may have really done a number on Pastor James.

Edward Findleton: I don’t want to speculate but that could be anything from a neck injury to a concussion he’s suffering from.

With all this going on, The Rookie turned to the turnbuckle, bending over and hiding his face.

Edward Findleton: And I don’t think Kyle Higgins wanted it to end this way.

As more medical staff talked to James, he said something to Tom Hunter, who nodded. Tom Hunter then left the ring and walked over to ring announcer Bradley Wallace. With Tom Hunter out of the ring, James suddenly stood up, ran up behind Kyle Higgins, and hit him with a low blow. As The Rookie bent over in pain, James grabbed him then quickly delivered a Cobra Clutch Slam. The commotion alerted Tom Hunter, who ran back into the ring as James covered Higgins. Hunter looked reluctant to count at first, but finally began, and Pastor James successfully picked up the three count, victory, and title defense.

Edward Findleton: Does he have any self respect?! Come on!

THE Casey Gains: Ok, I admit it, he got me. Well done James.

Pastor James quickly grabbed the HAW National Championship and held it up as the crowd booed.

Edward FIndleton: Well from one champion here, let’s go backstage to Gregory Greystone with the HAW Women’s Champion!

Gregory Greystone: Hello ladies and gentlemen! I’m Gregory Greystone here with Sekino The Stunt Pilot. Sekin, we just had word you’ll be defending the Women’s Championship at End of the Trail. How do you feel about that?

Sekino: ….

Gregory Greystone: Are there any challengers you would like to face in particular?

Sekino: ….

Gregory Greystone: Any nerves? Any emotions? Anything?

Sekino: ……I will enjoy watching my opponent crash…and burn.

Gregory Greystone: There’s your quote folks! Thank’s Sekino, back to Edward and Casey!

Edward Findleton: Thanks Gregory! Well up next is a match many people are excited for…Master vs Apprentice, Sentinel vs Phoenix!

Phoenix made his entrance first, followed shortly by Sentinel. The bell rang and the match began, with Sentinel first approaching Phoenix, his hand out for a shake. Phoenix approached to reciprocate, but at the last moment, Sentinel pulled his hand away and slapped Phoenix across the face. As Phoenix grabbed his cheek, he nodded, then tried to punch Sentinel. Sentinel blocked the punch, and quickly took Phoenix down into an armbar.

Phoenix tried to use his strength to maneuver to the ropes, and finally grasped the bottom rope. Brenda Moses called for Sentinel to break the hold, who waited until the last moment of a disqualification threat before releasing.

Phoenix began to get to his feet, and Sentinel attempted an irish whip, though Phoenix reversed it. As Sentinel bounced off the ropes, Phoenix jumped for a crossbody and pin, though Sentinel kicked out at 1. Phoenix then began to use his speed and agility to his advantage, keeping Sentinel on his toes as he suffered from kicks, knees, and running strikes.

A flying forearm from Phoenix knocked Sentinel down, and Phoenix then climbed to the middle rope, going for a diving leg drop, but Sentinel rolled out of the way, causing Phoenix to crash on his tailbone. Sentinel quickly grabbed Phoenix in a chin lock, trying to slow the pace down. Phoenix elbowed Sentinel in the guy a few times, breaking the hold, but as he turned around, Sentinel poked Phoenix in the eye.

As Phoenix instinctively turned, holding his eye, Sentinel rolled him, and put his feet up on the ropes for leverage. Brenda Moses got down for the count, but Phoenix kicked out at the last moment. Sentinel started to held Phoenix up and grabbed him by the head, leading him to the corner. Sentinel tried to smash Phoenix headfirst into the turnbuckle, but Phoenix resisted. Phoenix instead grabbed Sentinel and slammed him headfirst into it, before hitting Sentinel in the head with a roundhouse kick, causing him to fall. WIth Sentinel prone, Phoenix jumped to the top rope, and quickly dove off hitting the Phoenix Splash. Phoenix covered Sentinel, and achieved the three count to pick up the victory.

Edward Findleton: What a match! The protege comes out on top!

THE Casey Gains: Sentinel did everything he could to show Phoenix the challenges he would face, but Phoenix proved to be ready!

As Phoenix got on the ropes to celebrate, Brenda Moses started to help Sentinel up, who was still clutching his ribs. Phoenix jumped down from the ropes and turned, seeing Sentinel standing in the ring. The two men had a brief stare down, until Sentinel extended his hand. Phoenix stared for a moment, then pushed Sentinel’s hand away. Sentinel looked upset, until Phoenix put his arms around him for a hug, which Sentinel returned. The two men said some words, and Sentinel seemed to motion for Phoenix to go ahead and celebrate. As Phoenix got on the turnbuckles again to pose for the crowd, Sentinel rolled out of the ring and clapped, before heading to the back.

THE Casey Gains: I think Sentinel gave Phoenix his blessing. Go ahead and achieve singles success, he’s taught him all he could.

Edward Findleton: He certainly seems ready for it! But while Phoenix goes for singles success, we’ve got more action tonight, as our next match is for the Men’s Tag Team Championships! And earlier today, the champion’s recorded a video. Let’s take a look!

The scene faded to Jack Trailor and Local Legend Danny Miller in a truck, camera mounted on the dashboard facing them while Jack drove.

Danny Miller: My back hurt. Not sure if it’s the drive or from last getting beat up last week. Your back hurt?

Jack Trailor: Nope.

Danny Miller nodded, shifting in his seat while trying to massage his own back with his hand.

Jack Trailor: So you grew up here?

Danny Miller: It’s why I’m a local legend!

Jack Trailor: Huh. I thought you said you grew up somewhere else.

Danny Miller: Oh no, right here in Salt Lake City, Utah! In fact, my old house is coming up.

Jack Trailor: Where?

Danny Miller: Right about…Oh we just missed the street, darn!

Jack Trailor: I can turn around.

Danny Miller: No need Jack! We’re making great time.

Jack Trailor: But I’m hungry.

Danny Miller: Don’t worry, I know a hot dog place just a little bit down the road! Good hotdogs, best tasting ketchup!

The footage was then put into fast motion, Jack clearly making multiple turns, and probably driving in real time for around 10 minutes, until it went back to normal speed.

Danny Miller: There it is! Hotdog House, my old stomping grounds! Let’s go!

Back at the arena, Edward Findleton and Casey Gains stared into the camera.

Edward Findleton: ….Did that promote the match? In anyway?

THE Casey Gains: I really need to renegotiate my contract this off season.

On cue, Jack Trailor’s music hit, and he came out with Local Legend Danny Miller.  Club Corruption, Night Prince and Ninja followed, and referee Tom Hunter began the match.

Jack and Ninja started the match, and while Jack tried to use his strength, Ninja used his speed to escape from every slam Jack tried to attempt. Ninja then shocked Jack Trailor connecting with a springboard DDT, and quickly went to tag in Night Prince.

Night Prince started his offense by going to the top rope and hitting a diving elbow drop. He went for a pinfall attempt but Jack kicked out. Night Prince isolated Jack far from Danny Miller, continuing his offensive onslaught. Night Prince climbed to the top rope, but Jack pushed down on the rope, causing Night Prince to fall groin first into the ringpost.

With Night Prince hurt, Jack stumbled over to Danny Miller and made the tag. Miller went straight into attacking Night Prince, before lifting him up and hitting a brainbuster. Miller went for the pin, but Ninja ran in to break up the count. As Tom Hunter tried to get Ninja out of the ring, Jack entered and went after Ninja. The two men brawled, while Tom Hunter tried to gain control.

Danny Miller saw this, then quickly rolled out of the ring, looked under it, and grabbed a wrench he found underneath it. He looked ready to hit Night Prince, but Night Prince was still out of it on the ground, and Hunter was starting to take control of Jack and Ninja. Miller then put the wrench on the ground, then reached into his tights and pulled out ketchup packets. He opened them up, sprayed them on his forehead, and collapsed on the ground next to the wrench.

THE Casey Gains: He’s had that in his singlet all day?!

Jack and Ninja were finally back in their corner, as Tom Hunter turned around to find both men down in the ring, and a “bloodied” Danny Miller. Tom Hunter looked confused, and started a ten count. Danny Miller then sat straight up on the one count and pointed at the wrench.

Danny Miller: He hit me in the head!

Tom Hunter looked completely lost, but ran out of the ring to the time keepers area, and the bell rang.

Bradley Wallace: The winners of this match by disqualification…..and STILL Tag Team Champions, Jack Trailor and Local Legend Danny Miller!

Edward Findleton: And they do it! This unlikely team retains the titles!

THE Casey Gains: If Danny Miller starts to pull a hot dog out of there next, we need to cut the feed.

Edward Findleton: Actually, we’re getting word! We have something going on backstage! Let’s go to the action!

The feed cut to backstage, where a dishevelled Rat was frantically making his way around the halls.

Rat: Where’s Behemoth!? I need to warn him!

Rat grabbed a backstage crew member.

Rat: Did you see him!? He can’t wrestle in this match!

Crew member: Uhh, I think he’s that way! He’s next!

Rat: No…No!

With that, Rat rushed off.

Edward Findleton: Well, Glenny Pax is true to his word, he let Rat get free! The Behemoth will probably be so glad to hear this!

The pyro of the Behemoth went off at that moment, and he made his way out to the ring.

THE Casey Gains: I think at the end of the day, the Behemoth is the favorite in this match…but what did Rat mean?

As The Behemoth got to the ring, the lights dimmed, and Glenny Pax made his way out for his entrance, flanked by around ten visitors. Referee Dennis Thompson took the HAW World Championship and held it up. The bell rang to signal the start of the match, but Rat ran out onto the stage. Glenny motioned to his Visitors, and all ten grabbed Rat before he could get to the ring. Rat tried to break free, but the Visitors simply held him back, forcing him to his knees and watching the match.

Glenny let out a laugh, waving to Rat. As he turned around, he was greeted with a huge clothesline from The Behemoth, knocking Glenny right off his feet.

Edward Findleton: He’s not waiting anymore! It’s revenge time!

The Behemoth picked Glenny up, and immediately got him in position for the Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker. Behemoth nodded to Rat, then hit Glenny Pax with the Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker.

THE Casey Gains: Cover him!

The Behemoth looked to still be in a rage, and instead propped Glenny into a corner, delivering punch after punch to the midsection of Glenny. The Behemoth continued to have his way with Glenny, tossing him around the ring a few more times, before letting out a roar. A nearly ragdoll Glenny was put back into position for the Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker, and The Behemoth lifted him into the air. With one last burst of energy, Glenny elbowed The Behemoth’s head. The Behemoth’s grip loosened a little and he stumbled backwards, allowing Glenny’s feet to land on the top rope. Glenny was able to maneuver out of the Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker, tucked The Behemoth’s head in his arms, and using the ropes, delivered the Standing Tornado DDT.

THE Casey Gains: That’s why I said cover him!

Edward Findleton: Both men are hurt now!

Glenny Pax made his way over to a corner to recover and get his breath back, while The Behemoth began to regain strength as well. He followed Glenny to the cover, and delivered a massive chop across the chest of Glenny. With Glenny Pax stunned, The Behemoth picked him up and put Glenny in a sitting position on the top turnbuckle.

Edward Findleton: Oh no…what does he have planned?!

The Behemoth started to climb the ropes as well, then grabbed Glenny’s, and lifting him up, preparing for a powerbomb from the top rope outside of the ring.

Edward Findleton: They’re feet away from us! This looks bad Casey!

The Behemoth started to throw Glenny down, but Glenny Pax reversed, using his legs to hurricanrana The Behemoth outside of the ring and through the announce table. Glenny managed to hold onto the ropes, and quickly made sure he was in the ring.

Edward and Casey’s audio seemed to be cut from the destruction, and the ten count begun by Dennis Thompson could be heard clearly. Rat tried again to break free of the Visitors, but they held strong. Finally, Thompson counted to ten, with Glenny winning via count out.

Bradley Wallace: The winner of this match and still HAW World Champion…Glenny Pax!

Glenny grabbed the title, then motioned up the ramp at his Visitors. Six of them ran down to the ring and picked The Behemoth up, and began carrying him up the ramp, while Glenny followed. As they passed Rat, he tried to protest and stop them, but Glenny took the championship and hit Rat in the face with it. Rat collapsed, and the Visitors all held up The Behemoth as they took him to the back. Glenny turned to the crowd, and began a maniacal laugh. He held the World Championship up one last time, before heading to the back as well.

Dark Matches: Fun Fight Machine defeated local talent Keaton Howard, Jet Black defeated local talent Adamus Valentinian

The HAW Theme played to start the show.

Edward Findleton: Welcome to HAW! We’re in Las Vegas tonight, and our main event is Mitchell Row and Scarred Badger vs Sentinel and Phoenix!

Club Corruption’s music played, and Night Prince and Ninja made their way out, with Night Prince grabbing a microphone.

Night Prince: We…are challengers. We…are fighters. And we are to be taken seriously. We’re calling out Jack Trailor and Danny Miller, right now!

After a brief pause, Trailer and Miller made their way out to cheers and got into the ring.

Night Prince: Last week….you tried to embarrass us.

Jack Trailor: Sorry.

Night Prince: This week….it is your turn to look like fools!

Danny Miller: Your title match against us isn’t this week! I’ve got a singles match tonight.

Night Prince: Exactly….because we found out who you’re facing! Bwahaha!

At that point, the music of Peter “Carnage” Horn hit, and he made his way down to the ring with Alfred Karneus.

THE Casey Gains: I have to be honest, with the way Horn has been, if this was a four on one handicap match with both teams ganging up, I think Horn would win.

Edward Findleton: The Las Vegas Legend will certainly have his work cut out for him!

As the match began, Danny Miller was able to get some early offense in, but Peter “Carnage” Horn quickly subdued him, pinning Miller with the Side Sitout Powerslam in 4:28.

Horn left the ring as Alfred Karneus wrote Miller’s name in Chapter 9 in the Book of Carnage, while Jack Trailor rolled in to check on him. Club Corruption took that moment to jump Jack Trailor, and the two proceeded with a beatdown on the tag champs. Ninja and Night Prince went to the top rope on separate corners of the ring. Ninja jumped off the top, delivering a Frog Splash to Danny Miller. Trailer started to get to his feet and turned around to Night Prince hitting a Diving Meteora. With both men out of it, Club Corruption climbed the ropes to celebrate, as the crowd booed them.

Edward Findleton: The crowd doesn’t like it, but hurting your opponents a week before your title match isn’t a bad strategy, Casey.

THE Casey Gains: I’m not surprised, in a championship match, you need to prepare and do everything you can to win.

Edward Findleton: Speaking of championship matches, we’re going to check in backstage with Gregory Greystone with a championship interview!

Gregory Greystone: Hello ladies and gentlemen! I’m here with the former number one contender for the HAW National Championship, The Rookie Kyle Higgins!

Kyle Higgins: Actually, I AM the HAW National Champion.

Pastor James: You are not!

Pastor James came storming in.

Pastor James: Thou shall not steal. Have you ever heard of that? You STOLE my championship.

Kyle Higgins: I pinned you twice, actually.

Pastor James: You didn’t! Those weren’t matches! You lie now?! How many commandments must you break?!

Kyle Higgins: But…haven’t you done those things?

Pastor James: Mr. Higgins I have never said I am a perfect man, we all know the Lord is the only one without sin. But I do not disrespect my peers like you do.

Kyle Higgins: YOU…”stole” my title shot. YOU…lied about my title shot. And quite frankly, you cowardly tried to sneak out of it. So if you want your title back, then defend it against it me next week.

Pastor James: I should never tolerate a ransom threat, especially from you of all people, Mr. Higgins. But, you’re right. I did say I would defend my title against you but…I changed my mind. I was trying to protect you. I saw you were a good man, a good husband, father…maybe even a grandfather? Great grandfather? I don’t really know quite how old you are or how sinful your children are but I didn’t want to cause this harm to your frail body that an HAW National Championship would match would ensure. But….my good man, you leave me no choice. I’ll take what is mine from you, next week, in the ring at Summit of Success.

Kyle Higgins: ……Then I’ll see you next week.

The two men stared each other down before going their own ways.

Gregory Greystone: Pastor James vs The Rookie Kyle Higgins for the HAW National Championship! We’ll see that at Summit of Success! Back to you Edward and Casey!

THE Casey Gains: Higgins got his match! Now, can he actually pin Pastor James in a real wrestling scenario?

Edward Findleton: It’s a bitter feud they’ve got going, and speaking of bitter feuds, we’ve got a match next of two teams with a long standing hatred for each other, The Strange Crew will take on the Biofuel Engineers.

The Biofuel Engineers came out first, accompanied by the Exotic Delights, while all four members of the Strange Crew came out, Drizzles the Clown and Hawaii ready to wrestle.

In an even paced match, the bell was rung at 10:11 when police officers came down to the ring, handcuffing The Biofuel Engineers and escorting them out of the ring.

Ring Announcer Bradley Wallace: Ladies and gentlemen, I have been informed by referee Brenda Moses that due to unpaid Vegas gambling debts from an anonymous tip, the Biofuel Engineers have been disqualified. The winners of this match, The Strange Crew!

THE Casey Gains: Anonymous tip?!

Drizzles and Hawaii acted over the top shocked, covering their mouths with their hands. Jessie and Sally came into the ring, with Jessie also acting like she didn’t know what happened. The Biofuel Engineers struggled up the ramp, shouting for lawyers and claiming a misunderstanding .

Lela chased after Sydney and Dalton, while Phueng went to the ring. She walked up to Jessie and slapped her across the face. Sally took a few steps forward, but Phueng walked back and exited the ring. Sally followed, and realizing that, Phueng sped up. The rest of the Strange Crew followed Sally, all heading to the back.

Edward Findleton: Folks, we have some very serious allegations going on tonight! Maybe we can get a camera backstage?

Backstage, The Biofuel Engineers were being escorted into police cars, when suddenly there was a loud commotion off screen. The camera turned to reveal Mayor Briggs, The United States, and El Espectro attacking Oden Schreiner, Lovable Liam, and Frederic St. Pierre. The MuscleGang was slammed into the walls and driven into the concrete floor, while a few backstage objects were used as weapons to brutalize them some more. Backstage staff finally broke them up and the camera cut back to ringside.

Edward Findleton: It’s a little bit chaotic tonight, wouldn’t you say?

THE Casey Gains: Let’s try to bring some order and class to this next tag team match!

The music of Mitchell Row hit, and out came Row, Scarred Badger, and Kitty Kayleen.

Edward Findleton: They call Vegas home now, but the crowd isn’t welcoming them!

THE Casey Gains: And yet they cheered for Danny Miller?!

Phoenix and Sentinel made their way to the ring next to cheers.

Edward Findleton: Let’s see if the video scouting from last week has paid off for these two!

A hard fought match took place, but when Kitty discreetly slipped Scarred Badger a sock of quarters, he hit Sentinel and picked up the victory in 11:22.

THE Casey Gains: Finally! The good guys win!

Edward Findleton: They’ll definitely be celebrating out on the town tonight, although I’m sure the locals won’t be too happy.

The winners left the ring, and Sentinel started to get to his feet alone, as Phoenix grabbed a microphone.

Phoenix: Hey man……we lost. Again.

Sentinel: …I’m sorry.

Phoenix: I really appreciate everything you’ve done for me but…we need to go our separate ways. Every week, we lose…and you’re the one getting pinned. You’ve taught me so much, but now…you’re just an anchor weighing me down.

Sentinel looked hurt, then shook his head no.

Sentinel: I don’t think you’re ready.

Phoenix: I am ready!

Sentinel: Kid, you may be right. I probably can’t go in the ring as well as I used to. I’ve got more aches, it’s more difficult to keep in shape. But number one, I’m not done. And number two…you still have a lot to learn.

Phoenix: I can’t learn if you’re holding me back!

Sentinel: Tactics like tonight, you need to be ready for that! You’ll run into so many cheaters!

Phoenix: And yet you’re the one who fell for them!

Sentinel: ……….I’ll tell you what kid. If you manage to beat me…I’ll give you my blessing to go your own way.

Phoenix: How about next week at Summit of Success?

Sentinel: You’ve got yourself a deal.

Phoenix and Sentinel shook hands, and departed the ring together.

Edward Findleton: Well it looks like next week, it’s protege vs master!

THE Casey Gains: A lot is on the line next week, including the HAW World Championship. And the fate of the universe! Is that still a thing?

Edward Findleton: With Glenny Pax as champion, it always is!

Glenny Pax’s music hit, and he made his way out to the ring, accompanied by a single Visitor.

Edward Findleton: And speaking of him, here he comes, the Leader of the Visitors!

As Glenny got to the ring, he took a microphone but instead of speaking, motioned to his Visitor. The Visitor got onto his knees and bent over, and Glenny sat on his back, facing the entrance ramp. Glenny stared in silence at the entrance ramp with no emotion. Suddenly, the pyro of The Behemoth went off, and Glenny smiled. The challenger made his way down and got in the ring, looking ready to attack, but Glenny held up a hand.

Glenny Pax: Stop. An attack right now won’t help you.

The Behemoth reluctantly took a step back, but circled Glenny around the ring, who continued sitting.

Glenny Pax: Behemoth…I have this memory….from years ago. It’s you…destroying Glenny Pax in this ring. You manhandled him, made him look weak. It’s easy to make someone look weak, but it’s a challenge…to make them stronger. And Glenny Pax is now stronger than ever, and dare I say…stronger than you.

The Behemoth stood in front of Glenny and cracked his knuckles.

Glenny Pax: But I admire strength and power. Power is the only thing that keeps the universe in motion. And when a man of your power challenged me, I was very intrigued. We have a match next week at Summit of Success. The Intergalactic Title will be on the line. But I know what is most important to you. Your safety of your good friend, Rat.

The Behemoth took a step forward to now tower over Glenny, who remained seated, looking up at him.

Glenny Pax: I will offer you a deal. I want more than this championship on the line. I want to harness your power. So shake my hand if you accept this…I will return Rat next week, regardless of the outcome. But if you lose…You will come with me, and The Behemoth will be taken away from earth….forever.

Glenny stood up and extended his hand for a shake. The Behemoth didn’t hesitate, and shook Glenny’s hand. Glenny Pax smiled and started to laugh. He tried to move away, but The Behemoth held onto his hand. With a yank of his arm, The Behemoth forced Glenny back to him and into a clothesline. The Behemoth kicked The Visitor in the stomach, then grabbed Glenny again. He picked Glenny up and hit the Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker, and stood over the challenger.

Edward Findleton: The Behemoth has accepted the deal, but it doesn’t mean he can’t inflict some pain!

THE Casey Gains: A year ago I feel like this would have been the most lopsided match in HAW history but now….I just don’t know what to expect with Glenny Pax.

Edward Findleton: It’s going to be a match you won’t want to miss! We’re out of time but we’ll see you next week at Summit of Success!

Dark Matches: Hannah Rivers defeated local talent Molly McDonald, RJ Bu defeated local talent Foster McDonald

The HAW Theme as Edward Findleton welcomes the crowd to the show.

Edward Findleton: Welcome to HAW! We’re in Tucson, Arizona, and what a shot! We’ve got a main event of Glenny Pax vs Rat, we’ve got-

Edward was cut off as Douglas Brunswick’s music hit.

THE Casey Gains: We’ve got Douglas Brunswick interrupting you!

Brunswick stormed out on the stage, visibly angry, while Mayor Briggs followed behind him. With a cameraman in front of Brunswick taping his entrance, Brunswick pushed the camera out of his face, grabbed a nearby microphone and rolled into the ring.

Douglas Brunswick: Crash MuscleGate! Get out here now!

Briggs appeared to be trying to calm Brunswick down in the ring, but as Crash’s music hit and the crowd cheered, Brunswick looked more fired up. Crash walked out, with the rest of the MuscleGang behind him. As he made his way down, Crash stopped at ringside, and motioned for the MuscleGang to stay outside the ring. Brunswick looked over at Briggs, telling him to leave, as he exited the opposite side. Crash climbed into the ring and got face to face with Brunswick.

THE Casey Gains: These two might come to blows again!

Douglas Brunswick: You….screwed me out of the tag team titles!

Crash MuscleGate: I did exactly what you did to me. We have done things exactly the same. The only thing that separates our paths, is that I’ve been able to pin you 1…2…3.

Douglas Brunswick: You got lucky. You are not better than me.

Crash MuscleGate: The results say otherwise.

Douglas Brunswick: One fluke win doesn’t define a career. I have been talked up for years. I have studied wrestling my entire life. I dream about this in my sleep, I breathe it, this is my entire life!  I will not let a loss to some comedy act define my entire career!

Crash MuscleGate: Then wrestle me again! Let’s have a rematch! One on one! If this is what you believe, then why aren’t you trying to prove it to yourself that you’re better, that you can beat me?!

Douglas Brunswick: I don’t need to prove anything to myself.

Crash MuscleGate: And I don’t need to hear your rationalization, because I know the truth. You’re afraid. You’re afraid of losing to me again. But I’m not afraid of you. So if you want to continue this war, and you want your career to be defined as the sore loser who could never get over the night he lost to a comedy act, then continue that and be a footnote in professional wrestling history. If that’s your choice, then for all these other people who dream about wrestling in their sleep, when they wake up, the legacy of Douglas Brunswick will fade away as quickly as the memory of a dream.

The two men stared at each other intensely, as Brunswick finally nodded.

Douglas Brunswick: You and me, Summit of Success.

Brunswick threw the microphone down and gave a slight shove to Crash as he exited the ring, heading to the back with Mayor Briggs.

Edward Findleton: And we have ourselves a rematch of last year’s title match, Douglas Brunswick vs Crash MuscleGate, round 2!

THE Casey Gains: This has been building for awhile, and I have a feeling this won’t disappoint!

Backstage, Sentinel was watching some wrestling footage on a laptop when Phoenix came up to him

Phoenix: Hey man, how’s it going?

Sentinel: Great. I heard we have a match next week against Mitchell Row and Scarred Badger. We need to be ready for that one. I’ve got a collection of their matches here, I think we should scout them out.

Phoenix: That’s a good idea…but…can you go?

Sentinel: Go? Go where?

Phoenix: Like…go in the ring. Go toe to toe. Go at the pace of a professional wrestler. Like, I appreciate everything you’ve done for me as a mentor, but you’re in your 40’s and we’ve just been losing a lot this year.

Sentinel: And you think it’s my fault?

Phoenix: I just….I just worry sometimes. I don’t want to see you get hurt.

Sentinel: You worry about yourself. You don’t need to worry about me.

Sentinel folded the laptop up and shoved it into Phoenix’s chest.

Sentinel: You watch this. You’re the one who needs to study more.

A frustrated Sentinel walked off, also leaving Phoenix disappointed at how the conversation went.

THE Casey Gains: Uh oh! Tag team trouble Edward!

Edward Findleton: You’re right Casey! These two better get on the same page if they want to defeat Row and Badger next week!

At that point, the music of The Rookie, Kyle Higgins played and he made his way down, holding the HAW National Championship.

Edward Findleton: And up next is a match NOT for the HAW National Championship, it’s The Rookie taking on El Espectro!

El Espectro made his way out next and as he entered, eyed up the title.

A hard fought match took place over 8:03, with El Espectro winning with the Inverted Stomp Facebreaker, though this happened after Pastor James had interfered and attacked Kyle Higgins.

As El Espectro celebrated, he rolled out of the ring and walked over to the time keeper’s table, grabbing the HAW National Championship. He rolled back in and held it up high in the air.

THE Casey Gains: Do any of these people realize that Pastor James is still the champion?!

Pastor James entered the ring smiling, and talked to El Espectro, gesturing to hand the title over. El Espectro shook his head no repeatedly. The smile left the face of James, who attacked El Espectro and hit him with the Cobra Clutch Slam. Pastor James was about to pick up the National Championship, when Kyle Higgins took James by surprise and delivered the Inverted Front Powerslam. The Rookie pinned James and counted to three on his own again, then took the title and left, celebrating with it.

Edward Findleton: And Kyle Higgins defends the title! Or wins it again! I’m not sure which it was!

THE Casey Gains: Pastor James is the champion! Listen, I don’t like the guy at all but can we all at least accept reality?!

Edward Findleton: No! We can’t! And now, we’re going to go backstage, er…back…out of the arena? In a desert?

The camera faded in to show the Arizona desert at night, with a car with headlights by itself. Shortly later, a second car approached. As it parked, Sydney Mason and Dalton Elkins exited, while Phueng Ahunai and Lela LaCruse left the first car, meeting between the two vehicles headlights.

Lela: Here? Of all places, here?

Dalton Elkins: Do you know who you’re dealing with?

Phueng Ahunai: Yeah, the Strange Crew.

Sydney Mason: Exactly.  They’re all insane. So if you want us to continue our assistance to fend them off, you need to trust our instructions. Do you have the money?

Phueng and Lela nodded and handed a briefcase over. Dalton took the briefcase and placed it on the hood of the car, then carefully opened it and shielded his eyes, then looking relieved to find the briefcase wasn’t tampered with.

Dalton: I think we’re good on-

Dalton stopped and looked past Phueng and Lela, towards their car. Sitting in the back seat with lights on were Smiling Sally and Jessie Parran.

Phueng: What’s wrong?

Dalton: Look!

As everyone turned to the car, the backseat was dark, no one in the car.

Sydney Mason: You’re getting paranoid, man!

Lela: Uhh…..guys?

Lela was now looking at Drizzles and Hawaii, similarly lit up in the backseat of the Biofuel Engineer’s car.

Sydney Mason: What now?!

As the rest turned to look at the Biofuel car, it too was dark and empty.

Dalton Elkins: Maybe…maybe we should get going. But the deal is done. We’ll help you.

Lela: Yeah…thanks, we appreciate it.

The two teams got in their car and drove their separate ways.

Back at the show, Gregory Greystone was backstage with Club Corruption, the Night Prince and Ninja.

Gregory Greystone: Hello ladies and gentlemen! I’m here with the number one contenders for the HAW Tag Team titles, Club Corruption! How excited are you to get this shot?

Night Prince: Excited, Gregory? Excitement is not an emotion we feel. We are bound to feel nothing but boiling rage that fills our souls.

As Night Prince talked, Ninja nodded in the background silently, clapping his hands together.

Night Prince: The biggest fools ever own those titles, and we are ready to take them away by any means necessary. Our superior force, our ultimate power, will bring the HAW Tag Team Titles into our grasp! And then, the world will see us, and cower in fear, for we shall fulfill the doomsday scenario of Club Corruption taking over the world! Hahahaha!

Jack Trailor and Local Legend Danny Miller walked into the shot.

Jack Trailor: Hey.

Night Prince: What?!

Jack Trailor: Good luck. My last tag team partner, he apparently has already taken over the entire universe, so it’s pretty smart to set your goals lower to just trying to take over the world. Hope it goes well for you.

Jack and Danny walked away, leaving Night Prince and Ninja looking angry.

Night Prince: Run away! You’ll see in the end just who you dared cross!

Jack and Danny walked back into view.

Jack: Isn’t it you guys I crossed? Or did I cross someone else?

Night Prince: …….

Jack Trailor: Ok, bye.

Jack and Danny walked out of frame again.

Night Prince: We do not fear him, we do not-

Danny Miller jumped back into frame

Danny Miller: Hello Tucson! It’s great to be home! I love all of you!

Danny quickly left, as Night Prince looked even angrier.

Night Prince: My point I’m trying to make, is that when we take over-

Gregory Greystone: I’m sorry guys, we’ve gone over our allotted time slot! Back to you Edward and Casey!

Edward Findleton: Thank you Gregory! Just in time for our main event!

THE Casey Gains: Weren’t they supposed to have 30 seconds?

Glenny Pax came out first, with around 10 Visitors flanking him, while Rat came out second, accompanied by The Behemoth.

The bell rang and the match started, concluding with Glenny Pax defeating Rat in 11:47, cleanly using the Standing Tornado DDT.

As the bell rang to end, The Visitors started swarming, six attacking The Behemoth, while four others grabbed Rat’s unconscious body. Glenny and the four Visitors quickly hurried backstage carrying Rat. The Behemoth tried to give chase but was slowed down by the attacks. He eventually overcame all of them, slamming and delivering a few Powerbomb Shoulderbreakers until the bodies of the Visitors were all across the ring.

At that point, the jumbotron cut to the backstage parking lot, with the Visitors and Glenny taking Rat into a spaceship. Glenny turned to the camera.

Glenny Pax: Behemoth….say goodbye to your best friend!

The spaceship door shut, there was smoke, and the camera shook. When everything cleared, there was no sign of the spaceship.

The Behemoth looked enraged, and delivered a Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker to a Visitor that started to get up. The Behemoth rolled out of the ring, stomping one that was on the ground outside.

Edward Findleton: Well that was an unexpected surprise! We’ll have to see what happens next week when- uh oh!

The Behemoth threw a Visitor on the announcer table, causing Edward and Casey to flee. He slammed the Visitor through the table, then kept going to the unconscious bodies, delivering multiple Powerbomb Shoulderbreakers. Finally, he grabbed one by the head, then tossed him headfirst into a camera, as the feeds cut to black.
