Dark Matches: El Espectro defeated local talent Alvin Rowland, The Samurais of Power (Sensai Onaga, Trickshot, and Ozzie Reagan) defeated Boom Boom, Thundercrack, and Bear Bison.

The HAW Theme played as Edward Findleton welcomed the audience to the show.

Edward Findleton: Hello! HAW is coming to you tonight from Portland, Oregon! And with just a few weeks away from End of the Trail, we’re about to be joined by Freezerman!

Freezerman’s music played and he made his way out to the ring.

Freezerman: Thank you HAW fans. Thank you for that ovation, for tuning in every week, and making this the best HAW season yet! Thank you! I’ve got some good news you’ll all be happy to hear..and that’s some of the matches for End of the Trail!

Freezerman took out a paper and began to read from it.

Freezerman: First, we saw the challenge last week and I’m here to make it official…Sekino the Stunt Pilot will defend the HAW Women’s Championship against Kherti Bhakta! And speaking of the women of HAW…there’s a lot of turmoil going on with the HAW Women’s Tag Team Championships…So we will have those titles defended, with the women of the winning team becoming the champions! You’ll notice my phrasing on that is specific because this match….will be The Exotic Delights AND The Biofuel Engineers taking on the entirety of the Strange Crew!

Edward Findleton: Wow! So if The Biofuel Engineers pin Smiling Sally, the champs are Lela and Phueng!

THE Casey Gains: I don’t know if anyone will be pinning Sally, Edward!

Freezerman: That’s not the only four on four match we’ll see. While the Women’s tag match will be one pinfall, we will have a four on four elimination match…as the MuscleGang takes on El Espectro, The United States, Mayor Briggs…and Portland’s own, Douglas Brunswick!

Edward Findleton: The crowd likes that one!

Freezerman: Peter “Carnage” Horn and Fun Fight Machine..that’s official now! And while we can’t have these two wrestle yet….representatives of Franco Mancini will take on representatives of….The Bean!

THE Casey Gains: Fergus and Sean I’m guessing for Franco, but who will The Bean get?

Freezerman: And we can’t forget about the HAW National Championship either….Pastor James will defend against….El Termitas II…..Jet Black….and The Rookie, Kyle Higgins!

Edward Findleton: All three of his previous challengers?!

Freezerman: And for the World title-

Pastor James’ music interrupted Freezerman, and he made his way down to the ring, smiling. As he got inside, he shook Freezerman’s hand and gave him a quick hug.

Pastor James: What a moment! I’m sure the Lord heard that applause up in heaven’s pearly gates at that announcement! I am so excited, I truly am. I was humiliated by all three of those men last week, and if there’s one thing I want to do, it’s to beat them all up until they can’t take it anymore! ….But…while that’s what I want to do…I know that’s not what I need to do. Freezerman, I appreciate this favor you’re giving me but I must decline because….Kyle Higgins…Jet Black…..El Termitas…I forgive all of you!

James nodded while Freezerman rolled his eyes.

Pastor James: It’s tough, but I know this is what Christ wants. So Freezerman, I’d gladly accept a one on one match of your choosing.

Freezerman: James, I’m so happy you’ve forgiven them, you’re a true inspiration, you really are. But that match four way match is still happening. So moving onto the World-

Pastor James: Excuse me, excuse me. I apologize for interrupting, I know it’s not the most polite manners, my mama would be upset at me. But maybe you can reconsider? Would it not be more…impactful, revolutionary, and courageous…to make Pastor James defend the HAW National Championship against…….Mary Jane Elder?

James tried to pump the crowd up, but was met with a lukewarm response. At that point, El Termitas II, Jet Black, and Kyle Higgins walked out on the stage, with Higgins holding the pants high up in the air. James shouted at the men, who all ran down to the ring. Freezerman took the opportunity to escape, while James waited until the last moment before jumping out of the ring and into the crowd.

Edward Findleton: One of those men could be the next National Champion! But they’ve cleared out the ring, so it looks like it’s time for our first match! It will be Lovable Liam of the MuscleGang, and The United States of, what fans are now calling, the Brunswick Bros!

Lovable Liam made his entrance first, accompanied by the other three MuscleGang members. His opponent for the evening would be The United States, who had Mayor Briggs, El Espectro, and Douglas Brunswick in his corner. Before the match started, the United States grabbed a microphone.

The United States: Hello Portland! Brunswick….is…..back! ….To watch ME, The United States, wrestle and defeat Lovable Liam!

While initially the crowd cheered for the initial statement, it quickly turned to boo’s.

The United States: I hope everyone enjoys what you’re about to see, because this will just be a preview of our four way elimination match!

The United States threw the mic down and the match started. It was fairly even, but The United States defeated Liam with the Double Knee Arm Breaker in 7:48..

Edward Findleton: And the United States wins!

THE Casey Gains: Liam seemed distracted, worrying about possible interference the whole time and looking outside the ring…I think his own mentality did him in, and he’s going to need to be more focused if he wants to help the MuscleGang defeat these Brunswick Bros..

Edward Findleton: Absolutely correct there! Well while we try and bring order back, we’ve got some footage of The Bean signing autographs from earlier today!

The Bean was sitting at a table in the arena concourse, posing for pictures with fans and signing pictures. The Bean’s happy expression changed, when next in line was The Trans-Atlantic Family.

The Bean: You three look a little old for autographs.

Franco Mancini: Aw come on. My son’s a big fan. Why not sign this for me?

Franco slammed a photograph of The Bean down on the table, and The Bean reluctantly signed it, handing it back to Franco. Franco chuckled, then ripped the photo in half.

Franco Mancini: You sure are gullible, Bean. Probably more gullible than my son.

The Bean: I’m sure your son is a fine young man, but Mr. Mancini, there’s more children who have patiently waited in line behind you, and I’d say they have more manners than you.

Franco Mancini: Ouch! That hurt, Bean. It hurt a lot. I know we’re not supposed to fight before our big match but….nothing says my buddies can’t hurt you, right?

Fergus and Sean stepped forward, and The Bean stood up, looking ready to fight. The O’Tooles looked ready to start attacking the Bean as they each got along side of him, when a commotion was heard behind the line,. Coming into view were Ruslan Panov and The Insomniac, Kenneth Cobb, who flanked Franco Mancini.

Ruslan Panov: O’Tooles, you hurt him….we hurt Franco.

The O’Tooles nodded, and backed away, while Panov and Cobb did the same, each crossing paths to the opposite of the table so Panov and Cobb stood behind The Bean, and the Trans-Atlantic Family were reunited.

Franco Manicni: Two tough guys right there…I’m definitely more weary of them than I am of you, Bean…come on guys, let’s get out of here.

The Trans-Atlantic Family walked away, while Panov and Cobb guarded Bean for the remainder of the signing.

Edward Findleton:  We might have context clues on Freezerman’s announcement now with the representatives for The Bean!

THE Casey Gains: The Bean has some serious fighters in his corner if that’s the case. This will be a brawl!

Edward Findleton: But you don’t have to wait until End of the Trail for action, we have another match next!

RJ Bu made his way down to the ring, followed by his opponent, Fun Fight Machine. Before the match could start, Peter “Carnage” Horn and Alfred Karneus came out and stood at the top of the stage, watching.

Edward Findleton: Fun Fight Machine is 6-0 in 2022. Peter “Carnage” Horn is 9-0 in 2022, and Fun is looking to move onto win number 7 next!

Fun Fight Machine looked strong, defeating Bu in 3:19 with the 450 Splash. As the match ended, Fun stared up the ramp towards Horn, who simply nodded.

THE Casey Gains: Bu tried to ruin our battle of undefeateds, but Fun Fight Machine made sure that wasn’t the case!

Edward Findleton: And guess what Casey? We still have more wrestling tonight!

THE Casey Gains: On a wrestling show?!

Edward Findleton: Yes, our main event will be Cyberhemoth taking on Scarred Badger!

THE Casey Gains: Edward, I need get something off my chest right now, and it’s the believability that Glenny Pax is taking over the world with alien-

The screen went black for a few moments before cutting back. Inside the ring was The Strange Crew, seemingly in the middle of the match with the Exotic Delights and Biofuel Engineers, though the arena was entirely devoid of an audience.

Jessie Parran was wrestling Phueng, when Lela crept behind Jessie and hit her in the back with a chair. Phueng pinned Jessie, and the bell rang.

Bradley Wallace: The winners of this match, and new champions due to being cheating low lifes, Exotic Delights!

Phueng looked confused, but still took the titles with Lela, while the Biofuel Engineers hoisted the new tag champs on their shoulders. Phueng held her title up and as she looked into the audience, it was filled with Smiling Sally’s, all clapping slowly in unison.

Phueng: What’s going on?! Dalton, Sydney, put us down!

When Phueng looked down, she and Lela were actually being held by Drizzles and Hawaii,

Hawaii: Down? Down you go then! 

Phueng tried to desperately hold onto Hawaii, instinctively grabbing his black bandana but not getting a grip on anything else. Hawaii tossed Phueng out of the ring, and Phueng started falling into what seemed like an eternally dark pit as she screamed.

Lela: Phueng? …Phueng!

The view cut back to Phueng quickly lifting her head up from a lunch table.

Lela: You need to get to bed earlier! I can’t have you sleeping in catering!

Phueng: We won right? We’re the champions, right?

Lela: We will be in two weeks. But if you’re not on top of your game, then it won’t happen. Come on, let’s go.

Lela left as Phueng sighed and went to rub her eyes, when she realized in her hand was a black bandana. Phueng quickly threw it on the table in fear, and hurried off after Lela.

The Casey Gains: ….And I’m sorry I took up the last few minutes with this complaint, but sometimes it just doesn't seem to make logical sense!

Edward Findleton: A very good speech Casey! And look at that, just in time to check in backstage!

Kherti Bhakta was walking backstage through catering, nearly getting run into by The Exotic Delights who were rushing past her, then stood in line to get food. From behind, there was a tap on her shoulder, and she turned around to see Athena.

Kherti: Hey friend!

Athena: Might if I join you in line?

Kherti: Go ahead! How’s your family?

Athena: We’re good but…I wanted to talk about you.

Kherti: Athena, you had your chance at Sekino.

Athena: I’m not trying to get a title shot, I’m not trying to dissuade you. I want you to win, to defeat her. But you really need to be careful.

Kherti: I know, I’ve wrestled her before. It’s like, when she’s supposed to feel pain, she just feels excitement. She’s a dangerous wrestler, and it’s not going to be easy to take the title from her. But…I got in the business to beat the best, I’m not going to back down.

Athena: Just remember that the most important thing is your health. I’ve had a long, successful career because I took care of myself. Sekino doesn’t. Don’t stoop to her level.

Kherti: I wish I could promise you that but…I need to win. I’m going to give it my all. I know it may not be what you want to hear, but I’m just being honest.

Athena: It’s not but I know your mind is made up. Let’s talk about more positive things then. How about this food here?

The conversation continued as the camera faded back to ringside.

Edward Findleton: It’s time for the main event!

Scarred Badger made his way out to the ring, accompanied by Mitchell Row and Kitty Kayleen. A pyro went off, and Cyberhemoth walked out, Glenny Pax and around ten Visitors at his side.

As the match began, Badger got some offense early that didn’t seem to effect Cyberhemoth, who fought back and defeated Scarred Badger with a Powerbomb Shoulderbreaker in 3:00.

As Badger tried to recover, Mitchell Row threw a sock filled with quarters to Scarred Badger, and joined him in the ring. With Glenny and Cyberhemoth flaunting their victory, Badger and Mitchell were about to attack them, when Visitors grabbed both men. This caught the attention of Glenny who turned and began to laugh. He reached into his belt and pulled out a futuristic looking ray gun. Glenny pointed it at Badger and fired, shooting a laser beam out and hitting Badger, sending him backwards into the turnbuckle and unconscious.

Edward Findleton: Casey this is your fault! 

THE Casey Gains: How is this my fault!?

Edward Findleton: You doubted the power of our alien overlord Glenny Pax!, now he’s zapped Scarred Badger!

Glenny turned the ray gun towards Mitchell Row, but Kitty ran in the ring and stood in front of row. Glenny laughed again, and the Visitors grabbed Kitty. Glenny aimed the gun at Row, then slowly pointed it towards Kitty instead, as Mitchell tried to escape the grasp of the Visitors.

Edward Findleton: Oh no…

At that point, Phoenix came sprinting down the ramp. Six Visitors blocked the ramp, but Phoenix jumped into them with a flying crossbody to knock them all down. Glenny turned around, and Phoenix slid into the ring and kicked the gun out of Glenny’s hand. Two of the Visitors released Kitty and now went after Phoenix, while Mitchell Row finally broke free of the two grabbing him. As Mitchell and Phoenix began to fight off the Visitors, Glenny and Cyberhemoth retreated from the ring and up the ramp.

With the ring cleared, Mitchell checked on Kitty, who was fine, while Phoenix motioned for a doctor to help Scarred Badger, who was still unconscious. As medical tended to Badger, Phoenix turned around to find himself face to face with Mitchell Row. Phoenix stared at him for a moment, before taking a step back, sighing, and extending his hand. Mitchell Row nodded, and accepted the handshake.

Edward Findleton: First the destruction of Rat…now possibly Scarred Badger….I think this means the Phoenix and Row alliance is official!

THE Casey Gains: With the Visitors and Cyberhemoth, these two will definitely need to work together!

Edward Findleton: We’re out of time for tonight, but we’ll see you next week. Good night!
