Dark Matches: Jack Trailor and Local Legend Danny Miller defeated Marc Sawyer and Avery Rage, Demon Lord Lenin May defeated “Shoelaces” Ian Suarez

The HAW theme kicked off the show.

Edward Findleton: Welcome to HAW, coming to you from San Diego! We have a lot of great matches tonight, as our main event is Sekino the Stunt Pilot vs Kherti Bhakta, in a number one contenders match! Additionally, Jenna Ingram of The Stable takes on Rachel of the Solo Girls, and we have two tag matches!

THE Casey Gains: It’s an official match at End of the Trail, Peter “Carnage” Horn and Jonah Webb will face Cole Arcane and Pastor James! As a warm up for both teams, Arcane and James will face Club Corruption tonight, and the show is starting off with Horn and Webb taking on the O’Toole Brothers!

Horn and Webb entered first, and were followed by Sean and Fergus O’Toole.

Horn dominated the twins, and was able to hit a Side Sitout Powerslam on each. Horn tagged Jonah Webb in to finish the match off. With Sean getting to his feet, Webb hit an Arm Trap Neckbreaker, and pinned him in 4:24.

Edward Findleton: Well these two definitely seem like they can work well as a team, I’m curious if this team of Arcane and James can do the same! That match is right now-wait, hold on, something is going down in the back!

Backstage, Moonlight ran up to Jessie Parran.

Moonlight: Jessie! I found Sally, follow me!

Jessie wasted no time following Moonlight, who led her down a hallway to a dead end, with only Moonlight’s laptop open on the ground.

Jessie Parran: What a stupid prank. Thanks…

As Jessie went to turn, she saw blocking the way was Smiling Sally, who stared right at Jessie, emotionless and unmoving.

Jessie Parran: Sally…it’s me, Jessie. Remember? Your friend? It’s ok. I forgive you, I’m here for you. Let’s just get back to normal.

Jessie started to cautiously approach Sally, but Sally charged and delivered a clothesline to Jessie Parran. A beatdown ensued, with Smiling Sally manhandling Jessie, throwing her against the wall and hitting a Tornado Bomb on her, and finally stomping on her. Sally then suddenly stopped as Moonlight approached, laptop in hand. Moonlight gave a nod to Sally and walked off. Sally stared at Jessie for a moment, before following Moonlight.

Back in the arena, the theme music of Club Corruption started as Night Prince and Ninja made their way down.

Edward Findleton: What just happened with Sally?! The women’s section of The Strange Crew is over?

THE Casey Gains: It seems like it, Sally has been acting oddly for a while but I guess everything culminated tonight.

Cole Arcane came out first, walking down to the ring without caring about a partner. Pastor James followed, who seemed to also ignore Arcane in the ring. As the match started, Club Corruption had better chemistry, with Arcane ignoring a tag from Pastor James, only for James to turn his back and Arcane slap him hard across the back, tagging himself in.

The tension between the two continued as the match went on, and Night Prince went for a pin on Arcane. At the same time, Ninja ran across the ring and attacked James to try and prevent the breakup, but Arcane kicked out. James started fighting Ninja, while Arcane focused on Night Prince. Suddenly, James and Arcane got in sync, hitting double team maneuvers on Ninja, then Night Prince, and Arcane pinned Night Prince in 5:17.

After the match, Arcane and James exchanged some words, and finally seemed to have an understanding, leaving the ring together.

Edward Findleton: Well this could be bad news for Horn and Webb if Pastor James and Cole Arcane can work together!

THE Casey Gains: This tag match at End of the Trail is really going to have a lot of different dynamics to it, I’m not sure what to expect. But Edward, we need to go backstage right now, and check in on the best couple in HAW!

Mitchell Row and Kitty Kayleen were talking backstage, when Georgios Stanellis walked up to them, looking nervous.

Mitchell Row: There’s my boy! How are you doing buddy?

Georgios Stanellis: ….Not so well. Guys…I need to confess something that…I just can hold in any longer.

Kitty Kayleen: What is it Georgios? You can tell us.

Mitchell Row: Exactly! You’re our pool boy!

Georgios Stanellis: It’s just…I’ve been around you guys for over a year now and I just need to say it….I’m in love with Kitty.

Mitchell Row: You’re what?!

At that point, Kitty slapped Georgios across the face. Stanellis looked both hurt physically and emotionally, and quickly ran away.

Mitchell Row: Kitty…I can’t believe he would…cameramen, we need some privacy right now!

Row put his hand over the lens, and the scene faded back to the arena.

THE Casey Gains: How could Georgios even say that? How hard is it for a couple to get a loyal poolboy these days?!

Edward Findleton: Has a poolboy ever even been a real job? Because if so, I was actually thinking of getting a pool this year…

The announcer dialogue was cut off as Douglas Brunswick’s music started up, and he walked down to the ring with a microphone.

Douglas Brunswick: Last week, Franco Mancini said he was afraid of me….and then basically negated that statement by saying he can beat me on “the big stage.” I get what he’s doing, it’s what we all do. Little mind games, trying to one up another. I don’t know if Franco is afraid of me or not, but I do know that I am NOT afraid of him! So what I’m thinking is maybe we just do this match sooner. Maybe tonight we have a World Championship match in San Diego?! What do you say Mancini?!

After a few moments, Franco Mancini walked out on stage.

Franco Mancini: ……..No.

Franco walked back through the curtain, but came out a second later.

Franco Mancini: I’m joking, I’m joking…a little. Listen kid, we ain’t having a world title match before End of the Trail, that’s for certain. But if you’re not afraid of me…how about next week, a 15 minute exhibition match? We consider this a little sparring session, what do YOU think?

Douglas Brunswick: I think that match will help me more than it’s going to help you. It’s on. I’ll see you next week.

Edward Findleton: Well we know what the next few weeks hold for our World Champion contenders, that’s back to back matches! But what about our National Champion contenders? Let’s go backstage!

Frederic St. Pierre and Lovable Liam standing backstage, watching Harvey Allison, who was in the middle of his championship photoshoot.

Photographer: Great pose, show those muscles! Excellent! We’ll take a break!

St. Pierre and Liam then approached Allison, with St. Pierre pointing at the National Title.

Frederic St. Pierre: It looks good on you, non?

Harvey Allison: I think we can make a calendar of just every photo of me taken tonight.

Frederic St. Pierre: You could. Here is the thing though. If you held that for 365 days for your calendar, that would be impressive. But uhh…my total time holding that? 1,894 days. Mon frere, you have quite some calendars needed to catch me. And I think…maybe I should add more days to that count. Perhaps at…End of the Trail?

Harvey Allison: Ah, a challenge, I see what you’re doing! Well of course, I’ll accept. I’ll enjoy watching you come to consciousness realizing you lost!

Lovable Liam: Except he’s not going to lose. Frederic is starting a hot streak!

Frederic again looked at the title on Allison, but his attention turned to a primal scream, as Strawberry Bates Hill attacked St. Pierre from behind. Liam tried to get involved, but Allison grabbed Liam and tossed him through some lights. With Liam and Frederic down, Hill looked at Allison.

Strawberry Bates Hill: I…I need you. I can’t beat St. Pierre, or anyone. You always said I couldn’t get it done, you were honest with me and…if you can’t beat them, join them. Please!

Harvey Allison: …Fine, ok. You want me to turn you from a pathetic loser to…somewhat serviceable? You’re in luck, because if anyone can pull off that miracle, it’s me. So step 1 to becoming someone? Make sure your opponents are at every disadvantage possible!

Allison started another attack on St. Pierre, and Hill went after Liam, until backstage security finally separated them.

In the arena, Rachel started to make her way down to the ring with Crystal Cyclone.

Edward Findleton: Rachel is coming out to wrestle Jenna Ingram as part of this series of singles matches The Stable is going through, but wow Casey, there’s some big going ons in the National Championship scene.

THE Casey Gains: St. Pierre and Allison should be a great match, but I think Strawberry Bates Hill has just lost his mind. It’s like Stockholm Syndrome for a guy who can’t win matches.

Jenna Ingram made her entrance next, and had the rest of the Stable, Zoey Barnes and Hazel Glover with her.

Ingram looked dominant and confident, and showcased her strength throughout the match. Rachel tried to use some illegal tactics to help her, but Jenna overcame them, and eventually made Rachel tap out with a Lotus Lock in 6:56.

As Jenna celebrated with Hazel and Zoey, the scene switched to The Samurais of Power and Kyle Higgins watching the match on TV.

Sensei Onaga: Everyone wrestles, they continue on, living their lives, their dreams. It’s up to us to stop these Visitors, so they can continue to live those dreams.

Ozzie Reagan: Man, how are we going to stop them?! These guys are literally aliens and cyborgs!

Trickshot: And they have the numbers. There’s the main four, but they can just send those Visitor minions after us and overwhelm us! And then what happens once they finish…whatever it is they’re doing, to RJ Bu and Niko Green?

Sensei Onaga: These are definitely problems we need to figure out. But we can’t give up.

Kyle Higgins: Sensei is right. Once again, the fate of the world is in the hands of professional wrestlers. If they have numbers, we can find people to help us!

Ozzie Reagan: The last time we got help, we got stabbed right in the back. And besides, what is our plan? Challenge them a match to save the world?

All four look at each other, with a small growing excitement, as they start to realize it’s the best plan.

Trickshot: Even if we do that…why would they accept? What’s in it for them? Do we put ourselves on the line where they can turn us into alien-human hybrid if we lose?

Sensei Onaga: Trickshot, Ozzie…you two have the best ideas. You truly are samurais. I think our next step now…is strategize…

Back in the arena, Sekino the Stunt Pilot made her entrance.

Edward Findleton: It’s main event time, Sekino vs Kherti, who is heading to End of the Trail?!

Kherti followed, and both women looked ready for an all out war. As the bell rang, the two women immediately charged each other, punching each other with fury. The early part of the match was very much a display of each woman trying to inflict pain on the other, with Brenda Moses trying to regain control. After Brenda threatened to disqualify Kherti after she choked Sekino on the ropes, Kherti took a step back to the opposite side of the ring.

Sekino recovered a bit, and engaged in an exhausted cross ring stare down. At that point, Penny Downs started walking down the ramp, hammer in hand and title around her waist. Sekino saw this and leaned over the ropes, trashtalking Penny. Penny didn’t hesitate and immediately swung up and through the ropes, her hammer hitting Sekino in the ribs. Moses immediately rang the bell.

Edward Findleton: That’s a disqualification! Sekino is the winner!

Penny went into the ring and hit Sekino a few more times with the hammer. Kherti was now the angry one, grabbing Penny and demanding an explanation. Once again with zero hesitation, Penny blasted Kherti Bhakta with the hammer. She hit the Single Underhook Facebuster on Kherti, and as Sekino tried to get up, Penny grabbed the Stunt Pilot and hit her with a Single Underhook Facebuster as well. With Sekino and Kherti down, both lying next to each other, Penny took her title off her waist. Penny threw the title down with force onto Kherti and Sekino, and walked out and to the back.

Edward Findleton: Do you know what’s happening? Because I don’t.

THE Casey Gains: I think it’s fair to say all three of these wrestlers have been on edge and angry. I just think Penny might have been the first one to snap.

Edward Findleton: Maybe that’s the case, I’m just confused but…we’re out of time! I guess we’ll get our answer next week! Thank you for tuning in, good night everybody!
