HAW Throwdown kicked off with Leon Baron’s music and pyro, as he walked to the ring with a large scowl.

Edward Findleton: Welcome to HAW Throwdown, Edward Findleton with THE Casey Gains in Nashville, Tennessee, and Leon Baron looks furious!

THE Casey Gains: The National Champion had a solid win against Demon Lord Lenin May last week, but the post match attack seems to have bothered him.

Baron got in the ring and paced around, trying to get his emotions under control.

Leon Baron: Last week…Georgios Stanellis, you jumped me. You made it known you want a National Title shot. You could have asked, I would have given it to you, and I would have defeated you. But now? Now I’m going to crush you! And we don’t even need to wait till Downtown Disaster, let’s go right NOW!

Baron motioned for Stanellis to come out of the entry way, but after a few moments, Kitty Kayleen stepped out alone.

Kitty Kayleen: Leon, I apologize. Georgios just got slightly carried away last week, and I think we all got started off on the wrong foot. So let’s start over. We’re offering you an olive branch. Next week, you are formally invited to dinner at our mansion! We’ll have all your favorites like….cheeseburgers, or chicken wings, or whatever else your palette desires! Will we see you there?

Baron didn’t look like he was buying any of this, but nodded.

Leon Baron: Yeah, yeah. I’ll be there. And Kitty, as a word of warning, Georgios better show up.

Kitty Kayleen: Of course he will, dear! I’ll have a butler get in contact with you to make sure your order is all set! See you then!

Kitty left, as Baron rolled his eyes and also departed.

THE Casey Gains: Look at that! This is how nice they are! After a slight mishap last week, they’re inviting Leon over! I wonder what I have to do to get them to invite me over?

Edward Findleton: Just give them a reason to stab you in the back!

THE Casey Gains: What?

Edward Findleton: Nothing at all, let’s check in with the Samurais of Power, who had a very interesting time last week after Kyle Higgins was taken by the Visitors!

The Samurais of Power were in the office of “The Daddy” Kyle Higgin, resembling an old 1970’s cop’s office. The three were looking through papers stacked on a desk as well as filing cabinets.

Trickshot: Anything?

Ozzie Reagan: Nothing. No UFO clues or abduction information. We’re at a dead end.

Sensei Onaga: There’s just one place we haven’t checked.

The three turned towards a door, which had “DO NOT OPEN” on it. Before Onaga could put his hand on the handle, the door burst open, and three Visitor minions jumped out. At the same time, referee Dillon Bartos climbed in through a nearby window and rang a small bell. A fight broke out between the Visitors and the Samurais.

The Samurais dominated, doing some karate moves to the minions, as well as slamming one through a desk, hitting one with a coat rack, and putting another’s hand on the paperholder of a type writer and hitting the keys. They each then hit a finishing move, and covered the Visitors at the same time as Bartos counted to three and awarded them a victory.

As the Samurais of Power stood up, one of the Visitors coughed, gasping for breath.

Sensei Onaga: What do you know about Kyle Higgins?! You took him last week! Where is he?!

The Visitor forced a laugh that turned into a gasping cough.

The Visitor: Hah…wouldn’t…you like to know? Haha…guess what? Your friend is being…COUGH…improved upon…It’s too late…too late!

The Visitor then went limp.

Trickshot: My god, for clarity on the contractual agreement to our sponsors to not air death on the show, he’s gone unconscious!

Ozzie Reagan: And is it really too late? Can we save Kyle?

Sensei Onaga: A samurai never gives up. We will continue our search elsewhere.

With that, the Samurais exited the office.

Backstage, Mitchell Row was walking along, when he stopped in his tracks. Cole Arcane had turned a corner, and the two caught each other’s eye. It didn’t take long for the two men to charge each other, and a brawl ensued. Arcane quickly managed to get the upper hand when he grabbed a nearby wrench and clocked Row with it. He repeatedly started hitting Row with the wrench, fastly weakening him. Arcane then spotted nearby a glass table that was wrapped in barbed wire. He grabbed Row’s arm then whipped towards it, crashing through the glass and wire and getting cut up.

A large crowd of backstage staff and wrestlers quickly converged upon the area, some checking on Row, others getting help and others shocked. Then, Hawaii and Drizzles emerged from the crowd and walked up to Arcane.

Hawaii: Hey, what’s the deal? You just destroyed step 4 of the 9 part plan to murder the Biofuel Engineers! That took a lot of time to set up!

Dalton Elkins: So you admit you want to kill us!

Emerging from the other side of the crowd was the Biofuel Engineers. They began to argue with The Strange Crew, when Freezerman showed up.

Freezerman: Enough! Enough already! First everyone make way for the medical staff! And as for all of  you…I think next week we can settle this with the Strange Crew and Mitchell Row taking on The Biofuel Engineers and Cole Arcane! Until then, stay away from each other, ok?!

The crowd dispersed, including BIofuel and Arcane, but Hawaii and Drizzles stuck around.

Hawaii: Hey boss, I heard in the last segment the Samurais said sponsors don’t approve of murder, is that true?

Freezerman: No murder or killing of the Biofuel Engineers! Ok?!

Hawaii: Got it, no on-air deaths. Let’s go Drizzles.

Back at ringside, the music of Team Sentinel had started up, as Billy Taylor and Wesley Wagner walked down to the ring, accompanied by Sentinel.

Edward Findleton: Well we got a fun main event coming up with Team Sentinel and the City Council!

THE Casey Gains: Are we going to ignore all the madness that just took place backstage?

Edward Findleton: Of course!

Their opponents, Mayor Briggs and The United States, with Bigg Pimpin’ Alex, came out next.

Edward Findleton: Briggs is another wrestler who has mentioned recently he might be interested in grander goals.

THE Casey Gains: I don’t know who will end up challenging Cole Arcane or Mitchell Row for the title next, but Brunswick had a nice victory last night, Briggs has a tough battle tonight, and I heard Franco Mancini is getting a match next week! Who knows what the future holds for these guys?

The tag match was very even as it started, the chemistry and tag team cohesiveness of Team Sentinel on full display.  But par for the course with Mayor Briggs, some shenanigans started up as Bigg Pimpin’ Alex walked over and started talking smack to Sentinel outside the ring. Alex went to punch him, but Sentinel blocked it and started attacking Alex. This distracted Team Sentinel, which gave Mayor Briggs the opening he needed to hit the Half and Half Suplex on Billy Taylor and pick up the win in 10:34.

Edward Findleton: A solid victory for Mayor Briggs! He’ll be feeling proud of that one, and folks, we’re just about of time, so we’ll see you next week! Goodnight!
