The HAW Lockup theme started the show.

Eve Solace: Welcome to HAW Lockup! We come to you from Raleigh, North Carolina! Tonight, our main event is Sally Larkin wrestling Alicia McCarthy, while Kherti Bhakta and Bethany Watts take on Nu Iota. But first, we are starting off with a singles match, Ivy Clark and Sabrina Nova!

With that, the two competitors came out to the ring.

Athena: Big match for each of them, Nova had a tag loss a few weeks back, and I think Ivy Clarke is still upset over her loss with short term ally Cole Arcane. Both women got betrayed and are ready to prove themselves.

The match was fairly even, and Ivy Clarke looked like she had the victory, but Nova kicked out. A frustrated Ivy Clarke tried to cheat, taking the turnbuckle padding off the rope, but referee Heidi O’Neill caught her. As Ivy pleaded her case, Nova grabbed her a for a roll up and got the victory in 7:48.

Nova celebrated and quickly scurried out of the ring, making her way up the ramp as Clarke screamed in anger. Nova was almost at the top when Sekino stepped out onto the stage. Nova was walking backwards unaware of her, and then bumped right into Sekino. Sabrina turned around, and seeing it was Sekino, quickly took a few steps back ready for a fight. Sekino didn’t attack, but just smiled and laughed. Nova cautiously made her way around Sekino, as the Stunt Pilot grinned and watched all of Nova’s movements.

Backstage, The National Champion Elena Dubois was arriving, when she stopped in her tracks. Taped to a wall were a bunch of “wanted” posters for Elena Dubois, with a $5,000 cash reward if she’s knocked out. Nova approached cautiously further into the arena when coming from behind was Monica Stone.

Stone jumped Dubois and got a few solid shots in, but Dubois quickly overpowered her and threw through a nearby doorway and shut it. She only had a second to breathe, as what looked like a backstage hair stylist and a cook both came running and attacked Dubois. However, the Executioness easily knocked out both women. She took one more glance at the wanted posters, and instead turned around, living to fight another day as she exited the arena.

Back at ringside, Nu Iota’s music started up as Isabella Dawson and Natasha York made their way down, and moments later, their opponents Kherti Bhakta and Bethany Watts.

Eve Solace: This is the first time Bhakta and Watts have been a tag team, and this can be a good indicator if they have the chemistry to defeat The Dystopians!

During the match, Watts and Bhakta were 100% on the same page, they had a game plan and stuck to it, and controlled the flow for the vast majority of the match. Kherti Bhakta ended up hitting Natasha York with a Straight Jacket German Suplex and pinning her in 4:00.

The newly formed tag team didn’t have a second to celebrate, as the Dystopians emerged from under the ring with chairs, and quickly blasted the challengers with them. The beatdown continued, with the Dystopians screaming they wanted chairs, they got chairs, before delivering a few final blows to the backs. Satisfied, what Dystopians held their titles up, ready for their defense at Downtown Disaster.

Backstage, Juliet Sims was interviewing Cate Stiles.

Juliet Sims: Cate Stiles, that was quite an exchange last week you had with Sally Larkin. Have you had time to reflect on that as you prepare for your World Championship match with her?

Cate Stiles: I’m not reflecting on it. The only thing I could have done better last week was leave her in more pain than I had. Sally Larkin has had tough matches, but she has never had anything like me. I’ve held RFW Championships, I’ve been around for years, always showing I’m the best. Now, it’s time for me to show HAW fans what everyone else has known, when I win that title.

It was time for the main event, and Sally Larkin took on Alicia McCarthy.

After their respective entrances were finished, it was an intense staredown in the ring.

Athena: Alicia McCarthy had a great win last week, and I don’t think Sally can underestimate her. She is strong, and she is tough.

Athena’s words proved to be true. Alicia McCarthy went blow for blow with Sally, getting several near falls. About halfway through the match, Cate Stiles walked down to the ring, but Larkin paid no mind to her and focused on her opponent. Larkin looked like she had the match won when she hit the Tornado Bomb and went for the pin, but Cate rolled into the ring and grabbed Sally’s ankle and locked in an Ankle Lock. Referee Brenda Moses immediately called for the bell, awarding a DQ victory to Sally in 9:58, but the more important matter was Stiles was locked in. Brenda Moses tried as a ref to break Sally free, and it was just enough for Larkin to escape. Larkin hurried out of the ring, limping away, as Cate Stiles motioned she was “this close” to breaking her ankle.

Eve Solace: Well that was a very tough match for Sally Larkin, maybe her toughest yet, but Cate Stiles is looking like she will do anything to win that title. With that, we are signing out, so we’ll see you next week for Lockup. Good night!
